Split a PDF
Keep only the pages you need, or cut a PDF into smaller files.
Files are joined in the order shown above. Use the arrows to change the order.
Each page is turned into a compressed picture. This works best for scanned documents and photo-heavy PDFs. The text in the result can no longer be selected or searched.
Each image becomes one page, in the order shown above. Landscape images get a landscape page.

- Pick a method: keep selected pages, one file per page, or every N pages.
- Type the pages to keep if you picked the first method.
- Press Split PDF, then Download.
Questions
How do I write the page numbers?
Separate them with commas and use a dash for a range, for example 1-3, 5, 8-10.
What do I get when I split into many files?
You get one ZIP file that contains all the PDFs. Open it on your device to see them.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images stay the same.
